The unusually shaped studio at One Clapham was proving difficult to sell. Its unconventional layout made it hard for viewers to imagine where daily life would fit.
OUR RESPONSESTOK furnished the apartment in full, from furniture and accessories to window dressing and the finishing details. A considered arrangement gives the living, sleeping and dining areas definition, helping visitors find their way through the space.
Colour,
in context.
The development's existing kitchen and bathroom specifications bring confident colour to the apartment. The furnishing scheme works with those vibrant finishes, creating a contemporary setting appropriate to the younger audience envisaged for One Clapham.
A space people
could picture.
With the complete furnishing in place, visitors could see how the unconventional studio worked as a home. The clearer presentation helped the development move a unit that had previously been difficult to sell, and do so quickly.
