THE BRIEF
An unfurnished studio can be difficult to visualise. At The Verdean, feedback suggested people were struggling to see how the limited floor area could work as a home.
OUR RESPONSESTOK created a fully furnished show home, selecting appropriately scaled furniture and arranging the studio so that each area had a practical purpose. The aim was to make the layout easier to understand without overwhelming the space.

Once furnished and styled as a show home, the apartment felt more complete. The different uses of the space were easier to read, helping visitors picture how the studio could work in everyday life.
